 The benefit of using an independent building designer is that you won’t be tied to a specific building company. You can take your plans to the builder of your choice and can shop around for what suits you best!

Our services

1. Design Consultation

During the initial design consultation you will meet with our lead designer to brainstorm ideas and to discuss your requirements (single vs double story, number of bedrooms & bathrooms, room sizes, views etc.) Our designer will also explain the regulations governing building design in Canberra and can answer any questions you have.

2. Design Concepts

At this stage you will start to see your dream home become a reality. Our designer will work with you to develop the perfect design concept taking into consideration your requirements, budget and building regulations.
You will be provided with a site plan, floor plan, elevations, and 3d perspectives.

3. Working Drawings

Once you are happy with your design concept, we will prepare your working drawings.  Working Drawings are detailed plans that will be used by your builder to construct your home. These plans will be submitted for your design and building approvals.

4. Approvals

At 4 Concepts we can take care of the building approval process and submit the application for you.

All you have to do is choose a builder!
